    You are bidding on an old original Wisconsin License Plate from 1941. I think it is in good condition, you be the judge by looking at the pictures. The paint is original. It are made of heavy steel. I have not cleaned it from the estate, I leave that to the new owner. Shipping and insurance if breakable (which is only our costs) is included in the shipping price within the continental US. I try to ship the same or next day after payment is received except for Saturday payments. Once the Post Office has it, I have no control over their quickness of delivery.
