This nearly uncirculated silver coin was dedicated to Joseph V. Stalin's 70th Birthday
The reverse of the coin features Joseph Stalin bust; while the obverse depicts Czech lion with Slovak shield
The coin was slabbed and graded by NGC as AU-55
