We are a large volume new golf cart dealer.  Every cart we buy comes with these tires standard.  70% of our customers pay to upgrade to a larger All-Terrain Tire on their brand new vehicle.  These tires have never been driven. We have these brand new take-off tires in this size running out of our ears.  They are great tires. These are a tremendous value at this price.

Sometimes they have been driven inside the warehouse to move the cart around prior to being removed and packaged for shipment.
