    Shipping:
    We normally ship each business day Monday-Friday and on weekends upon special arrangement. We do not ship on holidays or when the business is closed. While most items are shipped within one business day, shipping times are estimate only and are not guaranteed. Please contact us before purchasing if you need expedited shipment. We normally ship item(s) within 3 days of payment.
    We will only ship to the address shown in the “ship-to:” area of your PayPal payment. Buyer must submit a ship-to address with payment. Buyer may add a new ship-to address to their account, please see PayPal’s current help directions to do so. For security reasons we cannot ship to alternate addresses. PayPal’s buyer and seller protection programs only apply if item(s) are shipped to the address displayed within your payment. We require these protections to be in place for both buyer and sellers benefit. No exceptions. We reserve the right to not ship item(s) if address is not verified or account is account is perceived to be illegitimate. We will contact PayPal to confirm.
    We ship the majority of our items via FEDEX, UPS, and USPS.
    Item Description(s):
    The majority of our items sold are New Old Stock, Unique, Vintage, Collectibles, Antiques, and New items.  We do our best to describe each item fully with any defects clearly noted. We do not currently use stock photos. If a stock photo is used we will include that information in the description.

    Please know and understand your local laws and regulations before bidding on our items. By bidding the buyer declares that he/she:
    -Is legally entitled to purchase, own, carry and use an item (knife & etcetera) of this type, and is of legal age to do so.
    -Is legally entitled to receive the item at the shipping address provided with payment.
    -Agrees that the Seller assumes absolutely no liability for your use of your purchase.
    Stocking:
    We stock all items that we sell except for some consignment items. We do reserve the right to drop ship any items to our customers. We do our best to keep inventory counts precise. It is possible that quantity shown on eBay does not match inventory in hand. If you have any questions about product availability or need immediate delivery please feel free to contact us before bidding/purchase.
    If there is a discrepancy will contact you immediately and give you as many options as possible to resolve the issue by finding an alternative supplier or by processing a 100% refund. We want our customers to be happy!
    Returns and Warranty:
    As per eBay’s rules, returned items must be received back in exactly the same condition as they were shipped to you. Sealed items must be returned in sealed packages. All accessories and bonus items included with the items must be returned with the item along with the packing list. New Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and for the safe arrival of returned items. Please package and insure the item(s) properly to prevent loss, damage and theft. We will not accept responsibility for items returned without a tracking number and insurance. Once an item(s) is opened or used the Buyer agrees to keep that item(s). We will not accept open packages or used items back.
    Returns MUST be received by the Seller within 30 days of the original date of delivery. When an item is returned for a refund, we will refund the bid amount less the outbound shipping, handling and insurance costs. This includes listings when “Free Shipping” is labeled. Buyer must agree to cancel the transaction, so we can recover our final value fees. If Buyer refuses to cancel the transaction or if we receive the return after PayPal’s/eBay’s refund deadline has passed, the buyer agrees that we may also deduct eBay’s/PayPal’s transaction fees from the refund amount. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are never refundable, even when free shipping is offered on an item.
    It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly regarding any warranties on items purchased. We offer no warranties of our own, express or implied, and we will not guarantee the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of our items are New Old Stock and the manufacturer may no longer be in business.
    If an item is returned for refund and is found to have been opened or used, a restocking fee will be applied because the item must then be resold as a used item.
    In addition to the above, there is no warranty on New Old Stock, Unique, Vintage, Collectible, and Antique items from Seller.
    International Buyers:
    At this time we do not offer international shipping on all of our items. If you would like a quote on item(s) for international shipping please contact us. Import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges are not included in the price or shipping rate. These charges are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Duties, taxes and customs charges are normally collected by the shipping company delivering the package or when the item(s) is picked up.
    We will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ or ‘samples’ as US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
    We offer no warranty on any international sale. At Seller’s discretion we may allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved and arranged, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for inbound and outbound shipping charges.
    Buyer is responsible for checking with manufacturers regarding any warranties.
    Please check with your local customs office to be certain that your purchase is LEGAL for import before bidding on it and/or purchase. We reserve the right to deduct all transaction fees from your refund if item(s) are denied importation to the country.  In addition, if customs refuses an item’s entry into the country we reserve the right to charge a handling fee and shipping, handling, and insurance expenses from any refund. If customs seizes items we will not process any refund. If Buyer does not agree to the cancel transaction request, we reserve the right to deduct eBay’s/PayPal’s transaction fees from the refund.
