    Description

    This is an antique European  short hunting sword and scabbard. The overall length is 24 inches and the blade 19 inches. The handle is wood. I don't know what kind but it is very nice. The hard ware is brass and very nicely done. The bad news is that the blade has been sharpened but not to the extent that the blade was damaged. Also the last 4 inches of the leather sheath has deteriorated ,which I have tried to show in the photos. The sword has no markings what so ever, but is very well made.
