    Description

We do not guarantee a color match. Roughly the color of a bandaid.
    Color:
This cord is beige. It has a strong pink tint, much more than an ash cord.
It is about the same color as a bandaid.
The coils are shaped slightly tighter and withstand pulling better, but the color is very similar to the old Western Electric beige, also called H4DU-60.
Beige was often confused with ivory. This cord has a pink tint to it. Ivory does not. Unfortunately beige is used to describe various colors.
Relaxed the curly part of this cord is about 42 inches long,
    NOT 25 FEET
. It is called a 25 foot cord because 25 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
    25 foot cords
    should not be used
on desk phones unless precautions are taken. The cord needs to hang by its own weight to keep the coils from tangling. This holds true for any manufacturer. De-tanglers won't help.
This is a high quality generic cord,
    made in China
    with
    gold plated contacts.
    This cord works on
    nearly any phone
made in the last 30+ years. It uses the standard 4P4C (4 pin 4 conductor) connector which is also called RJ9, RJ10 & RJ22. Do not use it between the phone and the wall jack. The wall jack is 6 or 8 pins wide. It would provide a loose, noisy connection.
    Style:
Standard curling. Each end has about an inch or so with out curl.
