Condition: Sword bayonet Has a blue-brown patina on Blade and some minor spots of corrosion at spots. Blade also has some nicks in the edge closer to blade tip. Blade has a slight curve from use & Measures 19 1/2 Inches. In Good, solid condition. Both the handle and cross-bar are solid aged brass. The large rifle ring (approx 20 mm inside diameter) fits the 1861 Plymouth/Whitneyville Navy rifle and Remington 1863 percussion contract rifle. Grip has typical dings & scratches & is serial # 1925 at 2 places on grip. Left ricasso marked collins & Right side is dated 1861. Produced only till 1863. See all 12 photos. Nice original Collectible that is 160yrs old.
