The new CYBEX Eternis S with SensorSafe is the only seat your child will need from birth and beyond. With three modes -- rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster, this All-In-One Convertible Car Seat is designed for use from birth up to 120 lbs.
Eternis S with SensorSafe offers an adjustable Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System), which absorbs up to 25% more impact forces in the event of a near side-impact collision* and a patented 3-position reclining headrest, which helps prevent the child's head from falling forward while asleep, guiding the head and neck into a safe position. These features, combined with a steel-reinforced frame for strength and durability provide advanced child safety protection and peace of mind.

In the event your child is left alone the SensorSafe clip is able to send reminder notifications directly to your smartphone. If desired SensorSafe can also alert emergency contacts and share the location of the car.

First used as a rear-facing infant seat up to 50 lbs., then as a forward-facing convertible seat and lastly as a belt-positioning high-back booster seat. Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.)
Linear Side Impact Protection is a feature of CYBEX car seats that absorbs impact forces of certain side impact crashes and directs these forces into the energy absorbing shell of the car seat and away from the child’s sensitive neck area. By extending the L.S.P. system on the side of your car seat facing the door, this feature takes the initial brunt of the force and helps keep your child safer in the event of a near side impact.
Car seats with L.S.P. extended see a reduction in near side impact forces on the baby by up to 25 % when compared to the same car seat without L.S.P. extended.
Patented 3-Position Reclining Headrest
The CYBEX patented reclining headrest helps protect the child’s neck and head in the case of a side-impact. This revolutionary technology safely shifts the balance point of the child's head slightly back and prevents it from falling forward when the child is asleep. Furthermore, our patented 3-position headrest offers a more comfortable sleeping position.
