You will receive the size described in the listing title and description. It is your responsibility to verify you are ordering exactly what you need. DUE TO THE RISE OF BUYER PROTECTION SCAMS we have decided to no longer accept returns, rather than increase our prices until eBay figures out how to protect its sellers from these scams.
If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier.  We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS.  AT THAT TIME we will refund your purchase.  Please note that most First Class and Priority mail shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date as USPS has seen recent backlogs in shipping.
