Good used likely vintage condition. Will show some minor signs of use and age such as scratches or scuffs or air bubbles. There is either an air bubble or small nick on the side - can be felt but not sure if it’s an actual nick or just production flaw. There’s some lines in the glass such as inside. So some minor flaws from age and use But overall good used likely vintage condition. Not marked but this appears to be Fostoria, a light green bud vase style vase with a coin pattern featuring Americana such as the Liberty Bell.
