FOSTORIA, AMERICAN GLASS CRYSTAL - THIS IS A
GORGEOUS,  CREAMER / SUGAR SET
done in beautiful, clear lead crystal, no damage even to the sugar lid which is amazingly wonderful.  The glass is heavy and fluted with vertical panels on the outside and ruffled top with heavy designed bottom and a starred base.  Really gorgeous styling in form!  The sugar has a top with complimentary styling and finial top with classic crystal tear drop shape.  The exterior of both pieces in this set has the
COIN PATTERN done in frosted glass
around the outside!
THE FOSTORIA GLASS FACTORY FIRST OPENED IN FOSTORIA, OHIO IN 1887.
THIS PATTERN WAS SOLD BY FOSTORIA BETWEEN 1958 - 1982. I bought this set in 1962.
