Gaggia RI9380/46 Espresso Machine.
Machine is 4 years old. Stainless steel has scratches. Has all original accessories plus one bottle of decalcifier cleaner and latte art tip. Will ship in original packaging that was stored in basement . Outer box has moisture damage, therefore some possible odors, inner box is pristine.
Machines main gasket was replaced last fall. It lasted 3 years. The Steam wand does drip even when closed. It dispenses hot water and moves left to right. For the most part the espresso is very warm and once and a while very hot but not consistent. The crema has always been perfect. Amount of espresso drawn is up to you as this is not automatic dosing. The machine was replaced with a new machine, the only reason I am parting with it.
The machine plugs in at the back which adds about 2 inches to the 9.5” depth, 14” high and 10” wide including steam control. All original paperwork is included. It did not come with a milk cup for frothing which by the way froths very well once you learn the ins and outs. I used the machine everyday at least twice a day. Is a great second machine for an office or weekend place.
Remember, the machine is 4 years old. Gaggia has a long history of machines working 10 years or more but I have no way to tell how long this will last.
If you are looking for a pristine, state of the art machine this machine is NOT for you. It is used, lovingly, but still used. Ask any questions.
