If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. SHIPPING
All orders are Shipped Free. Free Shipping listed is for the continental 48 states only. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are not included. Your order will be shipped no later than the following business day that the order was placed. I Orders are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Larger orders will ship via truck freight. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email you have on your account. Shipping time to receive your order is normally 2 to 5 business days depending on your location once the order has shipped. We will honor the Normal Free Shipping Cost and you will be responsible for the difference for 2 day or Next Day delivery.
RETURNS
You have a 30 Day money back Exchange or Return Guarantee from TNT Cart Parts. This only applies to items that have not been installed and is still packaged in the original packaging. Item must be returned in resalable condition with no missing parts to receive Refund , Credit, or Exchange. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost unless return issue is due to the fault of TNT Cart Parts. Items sent back that have been installed or missing parts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost to replace missing parts.
