TK Ton Kooiman "ETUDE adjust 3" THUMB REST Clarinet or Oboe

This thumbrest seemed like a great idea - but didn't work with my thumb (which is crooked with rather bad arthritis).  I tried it with a LeBlanc Symphony Bb clarinet - it used the same screwholes as the existing thumbrest.  It was easy to mount and then to remove.   For several clarinets I have, no holes needed to be drilled, but I mounted it on only one of them.   The ratchet plate is mounted only once - the rest of the unit slides on and off for use.
Adjustments can be made to make the rest 'fit' the thumb of the user (just not enough for my thumb).  The adjustments are also only needed once.
In normal use, it is easy to assemble and remove the rest when you put your instrument in the case - no screwdriver required once you have mounted the ratchet portion.
This item comes with several spare screws and is in the original packaging.
