In general, the design of this tool was of the same type: the length reached 15-40 cm, and 4-6 holes were made in the body. In western Ukraine, various species were found - flora, denstsovka, dvoventsovka and others. All of these instruments were diatonic.
Since then, they have been greatly improved. They contributed to this process and especially distinguished themselves as real masters: I. Sklyar, V. Zulyak, B. Bobrovnikov, A. Shlenchik, N. Matveev, D. Deminchuk and others.
