VTG PAPER DOLLS 1954 BETSY MCCALL STORY BOOK art by HILDA MILOCHE RARE UNCUT!!!

You can look at a paper doll created by Hilda Miloche and know that it was done with her unique style and beauty.  Any of her art is highly collectible.  "Betsy McCall's Story Book" was published in 1954 by Simon and Shuster.  This one has the McCall Family taking a long vacation and the places that they visited.  There is the usual storage and spine wear of the covers but it's minimal.   Only the 3 dolls and Nosy the family dog were punched out and the rest of the cardboard items are intact.  The dolls have some slight creasing but they do stand upright. The Father doll has a right foot flaw.  None of the costume pages have been cut out and this is complete. The numbers on the outfit's tabs are the numbers of McCall's sewing patterns.  Overall this is in great condition for being 67 years old.  Please view the photos carefully. I did run out of photo space so I couldn't include photos of 2 pages of costumes and a lot of the story pages.  The story pages have cut slots in them to insert the pointed ends of the cardboard pieces and dolls. The titles of the clothing pages match up with the storyline pages.  The story pages are all intact and have very little age tanning. The binding is in good condition.  This is a very rare book that doesn't come up for sale very often.
My paper doll collection has been purchased from other collectors and on eBay.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke way back when, I have a poor sense of smell at my age and I don't know if that lingers.  I do try to list all flaws with the paper dolls that I sell.
